We train all our new employees in our methods and to JEM standards. New employees are trained and supervised nightly to ensure they adhere to the standards to which we have set.

Area managers inspect buildings on a regular basis, checking daily update logs, and distributing daily work orders. They also provide valuable information to onsite supervisors and staff regarding cleaning duties area managers provide guidance and information to all staff regarding quality improvements ensuring that the overall outcome meets our client expectations.
